Need help with aux problems

Hi, Ive been having problems with my aux. when i plug in my speakers it makes a wired noise cant explain it but also when the aux hits the metal motherboard back plate it makes the noise i need help with a fix. AND FAST

I connected my speaker to my pc its not the speakers its the pc but i dont know what when i plug it in my pc it makes a static noise and when i hit it on the mother boards back plate it makes the noise
