Could i use the same hdd and ssd drives on a whole new system and it just work

I'm making a whole new machine and i was just trying to find out if instead of buying a new drive, if i could just plug in my current ones?

Right.
If it fails to boot up (probable), you do a clean install, when it is in the new hardware.
During that install, you delete all the partitions.

In the above link, Section II, Step 6 & 7 shows how to delete the existing partitions.

What OS is this, and where did it come from?
(that's for the licensing aspect)

Just plug it in an it works?
Ha. Anyone that comes in here and says "Sure...just plug it in. It will work no problem."...has no clue.

It might, it might not. The farther apart the hardware, the less likely it is to actually work.

3 possible outcomes:
1. It boots up just fine
2. It fails completely
3. It boots up, but you find lingering issues later.

I've personally seen all 3.

Drives sure no problem as long as the connections are there they should work (unless damaged during the move of course). Software/OS's on the drive's that is a different issue and I'd say maybe your mileage may vary.

1. Plan on a full wipe and reisntal. AMD->Intel.
2. Read and do this before you change any parts:

could you explain more on how i would have to go about doing the creation tool when i dont have an os installed or do i do it before i change my parts

Before you change anything you create a bootable usb drive.

That's part of the preparation phase.

While you still have a currently working system:
1. Create a USB or DVD Win 10 install. https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10
2. Document all your username/passwords
3. Download all the drivers for any specific hardware. Save to a USB stick (yes, a different one)
4. Save any personal files off to some other drive.

If a full reinstall is needed, you will be starting from a clean slate. Just like the first time you turned this PC on.
Prepare for this.

one more thing, do i connect the other drives before or after i delete the partitions. the reason i ask is because of what section 2 step 7 says

Other drives get connected only after the OS is fully install and working on your main drive.
