I have an iBuyPower BB921 I bought a year ago that had no problems except for last week when it took a few tries to turn on l, but now it hasn’t turned on since! The pc turns on and the fans are spinning but the monitor, mouse, and keyboard don’t turn on! iBuyPower says it’s the video card but Geek Squad says it’s the mother board? Which one is it nothing turns on and I’ve unplugged and replaced everything and dusted everything! Maybe it’s because I need more fans in that pc I only had one in the rear!

Since iBuyPower says it’s the video card, have you tried removing the video card and boot up using the onboard graphics? Have you also cleared the CMOS?

I don't know if it does, but removing it is a simple thing to try and find out if it makes any difference.
Not enough fans would cause the computer to overheat, not prevent it from starting up.
How old is the computer?
