your best bet is a 1050 ti mini or 1050 , ($150~$220 USD) that should handle most game.
if you are budget tight, 1030 ($100 USD)is a good option.
also if you can find a used 4460 for $50 or so, you can upgrade the cpu...

windows 10 home 64 bit , intel core i3 processor 4130 , AMD Radeon HD 8470 2 GB , 2TB Hard drive , 8GIG ram , acer aspire tc-605 (lga1150) intel Haswell , price about the same as what my old card cost when i bought the system , play KIngs Road , not sure what psu means ? if i get a new card it doesn't have to be better than the one i got first , hope this helps

you want the mini version, because from my experience with acer, they don't have a lot of system clearance inside of the case, my friend has a atc 705 and his case can only accept a graphics card less than 173 mm long, zotac, msi, gigabyte, evga all has those short version card, 1 thing to note is that if you decided with a 1050ti/1050, get the version without the 6pin power connector, i think 1050 don't use 6pin, and some of the 1050ti don't have them, but its always better to check before you buy. 1030 is very easy upgrade, they don't need 6pin for sure, and it's a simple graphic card swap.
