Solution
It;s hard to tell without the manual but my guess will be ram and gpu detection fail. Do you clean your pc? Tear it apart and use compressed air to clean the mobo slots, ram and gpu. Check your connections. Re-assembly and try to boot. Dust can be deadly. Also heavy temp variation can cause connection problems especially if the tower is close to a heat source

My specs:
Motherboard: Lenovo AMI (There's no page in the manual that gives me beep codes. And everywhere I look I can't find the one that matches mine)
GPU: GTX570 EVGA 1.280GB GDDR5
CPU: Intel Xeon E5-2609v2 2.50GHz (4 cores)
650watt power supply
RAM: 1333mhz ECC RAM

(The computer is a Lenovo s30 tower)
