Computer freezes randomly and unpredictably

hey ive been here a couple of times in the past, all for the same issue, my computer freezes. this happens at random and is completely unpredictable. I was looking at msi afterburner while my computer froze and nothing spiked at all(i was looking at fb usage, gpu usage, gpu temp, and vid usage). I took to my computer to geek squad and they told me one of my ram sticks was bad. I am now running my computer on a single ram stick of 8gb and my computer still freezes on me. any ideas? ive had this issue for over a year and would appreciate any help thanks

According to Speccy your BIOS version is 3016. There have been 5 updates since then, the latest update was a week ago, Version: 3606 to "Improve system stability".

but i figured my issue is over a year old that it isn't gonna be fixed by updating. can you see my ram speed there? i feel it might be caused by ram
i want to run memtest but cant because i have flash drive to run it on

Version: 3606 is just the latest update. Version: 3401 was issued 1 year ago to "Improve system stability" and "Enhance system compatibility". That tells you system stability is still a problem 1 year later.

I don't see what is wrong with your RAM speed. Do you have XMP enabled?
