Yes, you can but it will bring you hardly any performance improvement over the build in graphics of the 2200G.

Why not save the 30 watts + $79 and use the included IGP that performs nearly as well? The IGP probably performs better than the newly released GDDR4 version of the GT1030.
If you already have the GT1030 then consider a different Ryzen without IGP but more cores, instead of paying for extras you won't use.
