Hey all , so i recently saw some error in gaming with windows 7 , like when i buy a game , some error might pop up like - missing some DLL - or code like - 0x000007b ( i guess ) is this normal with windows 7? And if i upgrade from windows 7 to 10... do these error will just gone ? Or is it the same with other windows

that error does not sound like its OS related... albeit google the error code 0x000007b... it seem like its related to either the .NET Framework or direct,
https://windowsreport.com/program-doesnt-start-error-0x000007b/ the error occurs in windows 10 also.
