Hi All, i have a problem with my PC need help solving it
my comp. Specs. as follows
• Graphics Card : NVIDIA GTX 970 OC
• SSD 850 EVO 2.5’’ Sata 3 128GB
• Ram 8GB*2 DDR3
• HDD Western Digital 3TB Black
• MB Gagabyte GA Z97X-Gaming G1 Wifi Bk
• Processor i7-4770K Haswell
• PSU Corsair 750Watt (Don’t remember the model)
• CPU Cooler H80i
• Case CoolerMaster Trooper

Recently i have upgraded from windows 7 to windows 10, i have noticed a lot of random restarts but all was fixed after updates, Now i am facing a problem that the computer doesn't start and instead makes a clicking sound (one click) nearly every 2-3 sec. i tried removing and cleaning the RAM and reinstalling it and it fixed the problem at start, but it keeps happening now too much sometimes all i need to do is force shutdown and open computer again, i am afraid it's a MB or RAM fault.
So kindly advise what to do

Thanks in Advance..

i am not sure where the click sound coming from exactly, i tried to lessen closely but could't identify the sound location, i assumed its the motherboard as also the motherboard have a small red screen that counts numbers and reaches a curtain number (32 i think ) and then click and do it again and again and so on and computer doesn't start

Ok, i have been looking for while trying to get the error code meaning and that's what i have reached (post code 32 "CPU PEI Initialization")
Honestly i don't understand what is the meaning of that, but recently i have noticed that it is related to the RAM somehow, as when i remove the RAM and re-install it again the computer sometimes start, i tried other methods like removing all USBs connected disconnecting the SSD and HDD but non of them worked.

Sorry for the delay, But i had was trying to search deeply in to the problem on the internet and i have contacted GigaByte trying to solve it, GB replied that i should update my Bios to F8 ( I haven't done it yet)

Today i reached something, when i was upgrading from Windows 7 to windows 10 it said that i have to change to UEFI and couldn't install windows, so i googled how to do that and changed it and installed windows, Now i read about UEFI and from what i understand that it likes replaces the BIOS, This problem appeared after lots of updates in windows, i don't know if what i am saying is related to my problem but i thought i should say it may be it will help solving it.

Please i really appreciate all the help i can get to solve this problem, As i cant use my computer for more than 3 weeks now.
