Game installation freezes at 98.4%

I have bought metal gear solid 5-phantom pain today it was in 3 dvds i extracted them extracted fine ,then i run setup it freezes @ 98.4% and kept freezed after i checked it after an hour
My Cpu configuration
Intel core2 duo E-6750 2.66ghz
4gb ram ddr2
Harddisk space 350gb
Windows 7 64bit
Geforce 310m 512mb

You could try making an ISO of the disks and then run the installer from those. But before you do, I would suggest that if you can still return it where you bought it then do so. There's no way you'll run that game with your computer. It may "run" but will be totally unplayable as you are not even close to the minimum system requirements.
