Solution
get a new hard drive, then get windows 7 iso, if you are booting of an external hdd/flash drive, dont forget to use programs to burn the windows 7 iso, then once you got all things prepared, one thing you should do before doing installation is going to bios and set the flash drive boot priority at the top/above the hard drive, then it should just boot to the installer, then should be done once its installed. some notes: there is some chance you will get several error message if you plug the flash drive to usb 3.0, so plug to usb 2.0 if you get this problem
