Is A Corsair CX 650 PSU good enough for My rig?

Hello there,
I am currently using
I5 8500
Asus strix Gtx 960 (will upgrade to something 1070 in near future)
Asus z370 Mobo
8 gb Corsair 2400 ram
2tb HDD
128gb sad
I am using a Corsair CX 650 PSU
Is it good enough for now and future Gtx 1070??

So long as you have the grey model(the new type), you're in the money. The old model was trash is not fit for use by a grandma doing only email and web-surfing, much less someone doing any gaming or even mildly stressful computing work.
The new model is a very good unit, especially for the money.
I'll leave the question of the UPS for someone else.

even 450 is enough for your setup with 1070. CX 650 is decent quality unit but I will spend a little more on a better psu. Budget? Living in?

UPS will be >=1.6 * system power consumption, With 1070, >=500W UPS should be enough, like this one:

650 is grey labeled.

thanks for the quick answers.. I don't have a budget for the psu as I bought it free days ago. I am from India. Is it necessary to change the psu? I am on a tight budget for 1070 already
