Build a new computer its my first computer i build myself i watched sime tutorials and basicly just plugged cables where they fit it worked perfectly, But sometimes when i start it the computer it selfs lights up and fans are moving, but nothing happens display doesnt detect any source and my mouse leds dont light up then i give it few restart trough the start button and it starts perfectly. But now it been happening when i am on my computer playing games, computer stays on but monitor blacks out and also my mouse leds dissapear, also teamspeak disconnects so its not monitor problem. Then again i just restart my computer from the button and works perfectly. But now i decided to check if every cable ka where they are supposed to be and noticed that from my frontpanel cables only the startbutton was plugged in so i thought maybe i need to plug the reset cable aswell to my pc so it can run in peace i plug it and start my pc it runs for about 10 sec nothing happens on my monitor then it turns off and immediatly back on and keeps repeating this. I already tried to plug "reset sw" out again vut still does the same

I think it is posting but something is failing, mine did the same thing when I first built it. How much RAM (2x4,1x8, etc.) do you have and how many slots?

Take out one of the ram sticks and see what that does. If it does not fix do the same but with the other ram stick. let me know if it does not fix.

Hi, Before you send me that message i unplugged both of the sticks then bllow some dust out of them and the connectors, Then i tried to start my computer now it turn of and turn on really fast but after i let it do that for couple times it started normally, But if i restart my computer it does that everytime turn of turn on turn off lot quicker than before but atleast it starts now, I'll test if it still blacks out like before when i played games

So we know the ram is the problem at least. My pc did the same with the ram, I think it has something to do with compatibility with your motherboard. Have you checked for BIOS updates? Also it's turning on and off because it's posting. If you ever change something in the bios, your pc will shut off and do that a few times until it finally turns on. Mine does it when I try to get my ram to work at 3200 because it is not compatible yet. It also posts every time you turn your pc on to make sure everything is working correctly.

Oh dude not it shows i only have 4gb ram while i have 2x4gb ? Maybe i didnt plug the other one correctly or is it bad ram?

edit:also both ones are excactly the same model of ram so why would the other one work but the other not

Take out both sticks, put one in see if it starts, if not do it with the other. If one stick works and the other does not one is bad.
Edit: Worst case it's the ram slot that's bad. Not the ram itself. Also try both ram slots just to check the slots. If they work on one but not the other the motherboard is broke.

You dont, you can probably get it returned from where you bought and swapped out or sell it and buy another brand. Most likely, it is something to do with your BIOS version though. Could also be the ram slot that is broken.
