Ryzen 3 1200 no thermal paste

Hey uh, I left my heatsink out for a night because of personal issues while installing my ryzen 3 1200. Do you think it'll be okay if I leave the dryed thermal paste on and overclock my ryzen 3 to 3.7 with the stock cooler?

The stock cooler is fine for an oc up to about 3.8ghz. If the cooler hasn't previously been put on the cpu the paste will be fine. If it did however new thermal paste is required.

Nope. It doesn't matter if CPU is overclocked or not. If you tried to turn your PC on, your CPU will live only for a few seconds before it dies.

What's concerning you about using thermal paste or not?
