Ok so I bought this pc a will back and did not think any thing about it and put it in storage after I got it.. It was sold to me with the guy saying it had Windows 7 home on it.. So last week I fired it up and low and behold it has 7 enterprise on it. There is no wear to put in a new key I have tried every thing I can think of. What would be the least expensive way to get me legal and stay with some thing Windows 7 ?

He lied to you.
An Enterprise license will want to talk to a corporate license server. Which you obviously do not have.

And you can't enter a standard Win 7 Home license anywhere.
You'll need to do a full wipe and reinstall of Win 7 (or preferably Win 10 ) Home.

Buying Win 7 now is problematic. MS has ceased sales...

Buying Win 7 now is problematic. MS has ceased sales of that. Anywhere you find it is probably not quite valid.
And Win 7 runs out of all support and updates in 24 months.
