windows 10 pc gets hardwear error msg wen pc is idel

Hi all

My pc pop's a blue window with msg saying hardwear error. I'm new to win 10(20 days old) and this is my firs modern day build. Wen I passe kodi or have no games/media players runing the pc crashes and restarts.

The grafix card is in the top position(closes to cpu)


Corsair Vengeance LPX 16GB (2x8GB) DDR4 DRAM 3000MHz
I got a referbished gpu(new egg) msi nvidia gtx 960(dont remimber if its a 4 or 8 gb)
AMD Ryzen 5 1600 3.2ghz
samsung ssd 850 evo
asus prime b350-plus mobo
asus pce-ac55bt pci-e dual-band ac1200 wireless-adapter(blutooth and wifi)
focus+80 gold 850fx (psu)

EDIT: fergot to mintion that the first few weeks it did not have this problem. But I dont remimber if i ever had it idel ! LOL

Ok so I just did fresh instal of win 10 and I have no problems now... I shuld know'n that windows upgrad wuld not work... . Ty alll for you'r time.

ok so each ram chip in dim a2 had same thaing hapen(crash wen idel)..wen I un-pluged the msi gpu I got no post on vga and hdmi port's. Do I need to reset the bios for mobo to detect onboard grafix's(mobo) ?

EDIT: I guess I'll format os drive.

EDIT: Well what ever it was I'm geting a refund and a new mobo.

well I got the same mobo from the same ppl and I steal cant get any post without my grafix card pluged in. Wen I get a chanse ill test to see if the new one crashes on ideal. Shuld I try a beader mobo..One without a intergrated grafix's ? Only thaing it culd be is my psu !? Any ideas on how test it ?

There are PSU testers but your power supply is very good quality, one of the top ones, it's likely the last thing I would check. Try removing that wifi adapter. Did you check for a newer BIOS? When does it crash? When it tries to load Windows or does it have to be running for a bit? If it crashes at random times the BIOS flash may be riskier since the system could decide then to crash which can corrupt the BIOS. Maybe have someone else look over the system to make sure nothing is bad in the case like a loose wire touching something or a standoff in the wrong location.

1) I have tryed it with just the cpu and mobo and adde pece by peac and no resalts on the no igpu post(mobo grafix)

2) It crashes only wen its idel. Does not mater how long or how hard I push it. But for the crashing I have not yet try'd removing the wifi/bluTooth dull card..will do and post on it in a momint.

3) I will cheek for a diferant bios in anuther momint.

4) I'll look around with a dumy light and see if all pluges and leds are corect.

BRB...

EDIT:
Ok so I tryed the latis bios and did not fix the idel cras or the not post without my grafix card pluged in.

The motherboard has the ports, but there is no integrated graphics on either the motherboard or the ryzen 1600 CPU.

However, some select, newer ryzen chips have integrated graphics. The 2200g and 2400g have graphics built in, but not the 1600 or any of the 1000 series that I know of. But they put the ports on the motherboard knowing some people will install APU chips, or the CPUs that do have integrated graphics. But a 1600 will not work without a dedicated graphics card.

Ok so ween I push win cey +I and go to blootooth and divices i get blue screan of death saying standard stuff and "AMDxhc31.sys".
I have tryed going to the same seting without the wifi/bluetooth card pluged in and rezalts are the same.

BUT... I feal like a tard... I instaled win10 thru the upgread proses insted of doing a fresh install..

So shuld I back up/reinstall ?
