So I'm making a gaming pc, want to be able to run any if all games at 1920x 1080, the only thing I could see myself upgrading is the graphics to a 1070/1070ti. Any problems or pointers?

CPU: Ryzen 7 1700

CPU cooler: wraith spire led

OS: windows 10 pro 64bit

Motherboard: ASUS ROG STRIX B350-F

RAM: 16GB Dual channel DDR3

Hard Drive: 940GB and a 120GB

Graphics card: GTX 1060 3GB

Case: ROSEWILL ATX Mid Tower

PSU: EVGA 750 80+ gold

SSD : n/a

Thanks for the help :)

no i dont know how you got ddr3 with a ryzen should be a ddr4 otherwise wouldn't work. :)

but i was talking about your gpu memory . 3 gb is short of what most games require you can play cs go though

yea I'm upgrading my pc.I don't have the ryzen or the motherboard that's why I was asking to make sure I would have everything I need, do you think I should get a new gpu?(1060 8gb, 1070, etc)

foremost , you need a ddr 4 ram kit . ddr 3 won't be working with your ryzen afaik

Thanks man I really appreciate it, I'm fairly new to this so I never would have known. If you think of anything else feel free to help out. :)

the rest seem to be working together.

Another suggestion, look at the ryzen 1600 instead. It will save you a bit of cash and still gives 6 cores, 12 threads. That may give enough budget to upgrade to the GTX 1060 6gb.

Currently I've got the ryzen 1600 and have a GTX 1050ti, and it's a decent combo, so I'm sure with a 1060 6gb it will be a good combo.
