It might depend the card power draw and the PSU rail layout, myself, few years ago I had a very badly artifacting powercolor R9 280x when hooked to 6+8 pins connectors located on the same PCIe cable end ( I thought the card was shot), after days of research online I found a forum thread reporting same issue which was fixed by attaching the second PCIe connector from a different PCI cable, now this PSU is rated 80 plus Gold and reviewed as one of the best PSUs at the time(still running stealth strong), and meant for crossfire or SLI ! when I called Seasonic they had no clue about the issue or the fix. Later I crossfired the same R9 280x with another power color 7950 ( I know it's not a homogeneous CF) on the same PSU using all the PCIe connectors on both PCIe cables without any artifact although the performance of the crossfire was questionable (60% utilisation tops on each card) maybe it got capped buy insufficient power delivery, or maybe not, maybe using a second PCIe cable "unlocks" some extra rails or power delivery scheme that could handle crossfire...

Hmm, these cards are okay to use, as 1050ti does draw that much power. Also are you doing *calculation work* with the two 1050ti? If you want to use them for gaming, there is no sli support on them, unless you use one of them as a physx card. Just curious .

Thanks for the answers , it's all brand new system and all components are new , I'm just worried to burn the gpu they are expensive and can't afford anymore , I would try to connect them and run the system to see ifor there any problems and will get back here to post about it .
