Delete some memory somewhere...

I'm sure this could be due a broad range of reasons, but was hoping for maybe general reason :).
When I go to properties of my local disk drive at work (mine is C:), it shows 2.02 GB free out of 223 GB.
But when i look at the details in the folder (and I unhid files and folders in it if that helps), it shows this: https://screenshot.net/3pzx9hm
or if the picture doesn't show, it says size: 106 GB and size on disk: 107 GB.
I know there has to be a large space being filled with data I don't need and could be safe to delete.
We do have a server (about 10 of us in the office), but I don't think that would affect my local drive would it? Also, I do have admin privileges if that's something that will affect what I can access.
Any ideas? Thank you in advance for any comments.

There are 2 things that i can think about, first the %Temp% folder , you can delete in it everything, but what it isnt deletable skip it.
Second might be too many System Restores backups.

Have you checked Documents?(sometimes if you are "If" using for video editing there are backups as i remember with Vegas).

Thanks.

Checked Temp folder-empty

Delete System Restore backups-freed up 2GB

Not sure what you mean about "if" using video editing, but the only thing i could see worth clearing up around here was in the downloads folder, which did give me another 4 GB of space.

Still seems to be some more hidden unused data somewhere.

That did it. And I now realize Robert Ban was correct as Windirstat took me to Temp folder under Windows folder. Just didn't understand what temp folder (apparently) I was supposed to be going to. Thanks!
