How much power will an i5 4460, 8gb ddr3, and 525gb SSD use?

I want to run this system off a 250 watt pico psu paired with a 330 watt laptop charger from Dell. Might install one 90mm fan for exhaust.

If you aren't using a dedicated graphics card and just using the iGPU then it will easily run off of 250w.

It probably would work but seems rather sketchy. Why not grab a 450w SFX PSU from Silverstone or Corsair?

Yeah I don't wanna risk such high end components so I will get an SFX power supply instead.
