CPU cooler help

Hi I need a cooler for my cpu but I found two and don’t know which is better. The first one is Coolermaster hyper t4 and coolermaster vortex plus. The vortex has 90 c3m airflow and the hyper has a 118 c3m airflow. The vortex has 2200 rotation while the hyper has a 1800 rotation. The vortex is aluminum while the hyper is copper and aluminum. Which should I go with?

hyper t4 offers better cooling.

tdp is the number you should be looking for.
in this context, it is the maximum amount of heat output from CPU that the cooler is capable of cooling.

hyper t4 is rated to cpu tdp up to 140w, and vortex plus is rated to up 95w.
