Computer won't post after sudden black screen

Hello, I've been using the computer below for 4 years, until yesterday when, while I was just browsing the internet and watching some videos, it suddenly went to a black screen. I tried restarting by pressing the button but nothing happened, so I turned it off by unplugging the power cord. Now it won't post. I have already tried starting it up without any RAM sticks or GPU or any peripherals and in all of these situations fans spin, NB, SB, VRMs and CPU get warm but I get no beeps. I also tried using another power supply and resetting the bios and got the same results.

mobo: Gigabyte GA970A-DS3P
processor: AMD FX-8350 @ 4.4GHz cooled by corsair H55
ram: 2x Markvision 8GB 1333MHz DDR3
gpu: Zotac GeForce GTX 1070 AMP Extreme
psu: Corsair CS850M
storage: WD 2TB + Fujitsu 160GB + Seagate 500GB

and one more thing: before it failed, for about a week or two it has been acting a bit weird, things feeling kinda laggy (3D graphics were fine tho) and a very weird keyboard problem where after some time turned on it kind of stopped checking for key presses or freezed every 2 seconds or so. I even got a new keyboard and the problem continued.

BTW all temps were fine, never going above 65ºC.

Solution
Assuming you have a beeper installed, and you got no beeps when trying to start without RAM, that would most likely mean motherboard has failed, although CPU failure is not impossible too. Other components are rather not going to cause this problem.
