Help me with my graphics card

Hey everyone, i have an OEM PC from Medion, the current specs are:
Core i7-4770
8GB RAM
GTX 650 1GB
1TB Storage
MS-7484 Motherboard
but i got an 1060ti for my birthday and when i tried replacing my Gtx650 and booted my pc i got post bios 1 long 2 short, meaning graphics card issues. the card works properly in a different pc.

How do i fix this??

I have an Antec 350W but i worked fine in a different system with 300W and yes everything is connected

Ok, well not all power supplies are created equal. Years ago, I had a Cooler Master 500 PSU that couldn't power a 7800GS, but an Antec 450 watt PSU could, without issue. I'm not finding the specs on the motherboard, but I doubt it's a PCI-Ex16 power limitation.

I would try a different power supply in your system.

Ok. Some proprietary motherboards have a 25watt limit on the PCI-Ex16 slot. As I said, I kind of doubted that was the issue, but if they're the same boards between each computer, then you removed that as a possible issue.

I would still try and test with a known working power supply in your computer. I know it's a hassle, but you've got to test it out.

This would be better for you since those cases are really small and have 0 cable management options almost.
