Hello, so as the title says, should I get NH-U12S or H5 Universal?
I will be using i7-8700(non k) with it and as you may know, that cpu can get in turbo frequency in which he's going to get more hot.
Considering all this:
- Price between two coolers doesn't matter.
- Noise between two coolers doesn't matter.
- Look and build between two coolers doesn't matter.
- If the differences in temps are very low, then all of the above matters.
