I am a heavy console gamer wanting to build a pc for the first time. I would like to use it primarily for gaming and surfing the web. I want it to be powerful enough to run games like Kingdom Come Deliverance, Star Citizen, GTA 5, Skyrim, PUBG, and The Witcher 3 at high to max settings with 60+ FPS. I put this build together on pcpartpicker.com and it said there were no compatibility errors.

CPU: Intel - Core i7-7700K 4.2GHz Quad-Core Processor
CPU Cooler: Cooler Master - Hyper 212 EVO 82.9 CFM Sleeve Bearing CPU Cooler
Motherboard: Asus - PRIME Z270-A ATX LGA1151 Motherboard
RAM: G.Skill - Ripjaws V Series 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR4-3000 Memory
Storage: Seagate - Barracuda 2TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive
GPU: EVGA - GeForce GTX 1060 6GB 6GB SC GAMING Video Card
Case: Cooler Master - MasterCase Pro 5 ATX Mid Tower Case
Power Supply: EVGA - SuperNOVA G3 650W 80+ Gold Certified Fully-Modular ATX Power Supply
Optical Drive: Asus - DRW-24B1ST/BLK/B/AS DVD/CD Writer
Monitor: Asus - VG248QE 24.0" 1920x1080 144Hz Monitor

My budget is $1500, as is the sum of the parts above listed on pcpartpicker, so any recommended parts cannot be much more expensive than the ones listed above. Are there any parts you would change to make the build better? Any opinions, recommendations, or changes to this build would be much appreciated, thanks!

This should be better unless you are out of USA...

U have to get a ryzen 2600X(comes with rgb cooler) and a X470 board. That will be 250+120 bucks.
