I'm building a pc and i dont know if it would be better to save some money in a motherboard. I will buy an i5 8600k, 8gb ram 2400mhz, I already have a gtx 1050 ti, themaltake 600w Smart rgb psu, 240gb ssd and a case from nfortec. Which motherboard should I buy? The gigabyte z370P D3 or Aorus (gigabyte also) gaming k3???

Solution
aorus is the gaming brand for gigabyte, the aorus board offers 1 more m.2 slot, and usb 3.2 type c /3.1 ports.

are you planning to overclock with this motherboard?
aorus is a bit better at overclock due to the 1 extra phase in vrm. but if you are not overclocking (or light overclocking, push all core to turbo speed on 8600k) i would say z370p is a great budget board.
also keep in mind 8600k doesn't come with a heatsink, so you have to buy an aftermarket one.

Thx, i'm planning to not oc until i need It in future (some years) so I need a motherboard which i know It Will work and the vrms arent very hot

the vrm are some what the same in this price range, so i don't think they much that much difference. you are only running a 8600k not a 8700. vrm thermal should not be an issue given you get some air flow (no watercooling on cpu, as your cpu cooler actually provides some air flow to cool the vrms.
at least put 1 120 mm intake fan, and 1 120 mm exhaust fan in your case.

no, vrm becomes an issue when you start overclocking. not at running stock.
all z370 mobo vrm are designed to run 8700k stock with no issue.

the list provides the quality of vrm that was used in the motherboard.
which translates to higher max overclock, cooler temperature at high oc, longevity of the mobo for running high oc 24/7.

for your application, normal use is not going to be an issue.
