How do I move Windows to another drive?

I have Windows 10 installed on a 500GB SSD with other programmes/games installed on but I want to move Windows 10 to 30GB SSD drive all by itself.

Whats the best way for me to do this without having to reinstall everything?

I would like to keep all of my settings and everything exactly the same if possible

Bad idea. Windows 10 can not normally live in 30GB.
You'll run out of space pretty quickly and then it becomes a nightmare of managing free space all the time.

120GB for OS drive is bare minimum, 240GB recommended.
