GPU recommendation to run cs:go at solid 100fps

here are my system specs:
CPU- Core i5 4600
RAM- 8GB ddr3
PSU- 250W
MOBO- gigabyte Bm d3h-A (something like that)

WHAT I AM LOOKING FOR: a decent 100fps at 1080p or even 720 P at low/medium settings
so i used to get decent 70fps earlier in the game but now after the game got new updates i am struggling to get 55+ fps even at 720P resolution.
I am looking forward to getting recommendations for GPU
looking for an economical choice dedicated towards cs:go only as i wont be playing any other games than cs:go or dota2.

Considering your PSU, a GT 1030 should get you over 100FPS, at least at low-medium settings.

If you upgraded your PSU, however, an older, higher-end card (Perhaps a GTX 580) would give you better performance for the price.
