Business with multiple computers dropping connection only on 2 of the connected computers

We have 7 desktop computers, 1 laptop, and a few(usually 3) smart phones on our internet connection. Only 2 of these desktops appear to be having a problem connecting. It doesn't seem to matter how many are connected as the problem persists even when only 3 are connected. On the one computer in particular, details below, I can be switching between pages quite quickly and have to switch between the 2 available connections. For example, I'll copy something from one page, paste into a word doc, go to change the web page and I'll have to switch my connection to get the page to load. Or if I'm have a good day, I will only occasionally have to switch between connections. I'm having the problem with multiple web pages, google searches, Gmail, etc.
I have tried on google chrome and Firefox, I've tried clearing the cache completely, I have not yet tried resetting the computer but I'm trying to avoid that if I can. I am wondering if it is a distance problem as this is the furthest computer from the router but only about 15 feet away with an interior wall in between.

Router: Netgear... Yeah, I know it sucks. Give me a reason to convince the business owner to change it.
Model: WNDR45000V3

Modem: by Time Warner
Model: TM804G

Main PC of Concern: Lenovo C440 running Win 10

I'd appreciate some suggestions for a solution to this problem.

I guess that's what the ISP brought us to rent. Even though we're obviously a business. And yes, they are all WLAN. I have debated trying an Ethernet cable but that will be quite difficult and I'd like to avoid it if possible.

These are just too many machines at the same time for this device.
BUT.
If some of the stationary machines (not necessarily yours, just any) can be connected via ethernet-cable to the router, things could improve significantly. Then, no need for other hardware, possibly.
This cannot be decided by someone here in the forums, you need some it-pro to visit your location.

The problem is we did have someone from the company come out and look at it. They are convinced it's all working fine and try to tell us it's the computers, not the router or their system. Which is very frustrating. They were also supposed to fix our phones, which they didn't. I suppose I will try to get them to come out again and maybe get the router switched to one made for business operations.
