Help with choosing graphics card

After a long, arduous effort to build my first PC, I am now here. I have:
-Intel i7 7820x
-32GB G.Skill trident RGB RAM
-Corsair 850w power supply
-Samsung 860 500GB SSD
-Asus strix x-299 e gaming motherboard
-Ordering a WD black drive for extra storage.
-Windows 10.
-4CPU fans plus cooler master heat sink for the CPU
-Cooler Master Masterbox 5 case
-Asus 1050TI GPU

This build really has continued to escalate through a series of problems and ordering new parts. However I feel as though as this point my GPU is the last piece that will let everything else down. I only do really light gaming (Fortnite, COD). The PC is mostly for Premiere, After Effect, etc. Which I want to be able to run without issue.

My question is, since I have already bought the 1050TI, and I can run multiple GPU’s with the Strix motherboard, should I order another 1050TI, or should I order some other type of card, or am I good to go with just the one.

Any advice at all will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks.

1050 Ti does not support SLI so you do not want to buy a 2nd one. What I would do is see if you are satisfied with the performance/FPS of the GTX 1050 Ti. If you aren't then replace it with a GTX 1060 3GB/6GB or GTX 1070 and then sell the GTX 1050 Ti. That card should be able to handle lighter games and some PS work.
