Need help compressing a 256 GB video

I made this video for school and it ended being over 25 minutes long with close to 300 pictures. The total size of it 256 GB and I can't upload it to YouTube despite being verified. I am not sure how to compress it. Any help or software suggestions would be greatly appreciated

Some background info: I am using a windows 10 and I used adobe after effects to create the video

did you try to convert it to an mp4 or some other format?

As of right now I am trying to use winrar to help me compress it. Hopefully that will help

WinRAR is for archiving, not video compression.

You will need to re-encode it with lower quality settings.

Some Freeware choices:

Handbrake
Xvid4PSP
Mediacoder
Staxrip

Basically frontends for x264 or x265, though hardware encoding possible with some with the correct encoder selected.
