Ryzen 5 1600 with asrock x370 killer board

I’ve recently completed a computer build and it’s been really slow browsing internet and just using the computer in general. I installed the free version of windows 10 and have ethernet cable connected to my pc. The part list of my pc is this:

Cpu: ryzen 5 1600
Board: asrock x370 killer
Ram: patriot 8gb 2133ghz
Storage: 2tb seagate barricuda
Gpu: asus geforce gtx 1060 turbo
Psu:corsair 550w bronze semi modular

I’m not too familiar with the software in computers and doing all the fancy things to make a pc quicker, but I can follow directions, I haven’t updated bios yet either (im unfamiliar on how to do so). please leave some tips on what I can do to improve my pc! Thanks

The drivers u mean for the cpu right and gpu?

Windows have own drivers for CPU but you need them for GPU, chipset, audio etc.
