gpu sparking problem

noticed sparking beside gpu power connector when I on my pc.only once when power up the pc always.
is that normal?
card working fine.

psu:tt630w
gpu:gtx1060

Ok so if you can attach a different cable to it (your psu should come with 2 sets of pcie cables). If it still sparks try the gpu with another psu/other computer that can handle it. If it still sparks return the gpu because then it's defective and has a high chance of breaking soon (catching fire, frying itself, breaking your whole pc,...).

I don’t necessarily know why that is happening but it lost definitely isn’t normal or safe. It might be your PSU but I would wait and not use the PC till someone with a little more knowledge tells you the exact cause.
 


That is NOT normal at all. Remove the psu and gpu. See if it's damaged/has burns on it. If so this could be permanent damage.

Also is it a thermal take se 630w psu or something else?

If so did you connect the wires correctly?
