NVIDIA GTX 960 running very hot and loud

Hi. New to computer specs and what not, forgive me if I leave something out.

I recently purchased a Alienware Alpha R2 from Dell with a GTX960 and intel i5 processor. While idle temps are fine (less than 40c for both GPU and CPU.), Whenever I play anything (CSGO, Rust, Fortnite, even Minecraft) the fans boot up and the temperature sky rockets. I've seen it get as high as 94 when playing Rust on medium. The system is brand new and has no visible dust in it. I tried contacting dell and they told me it can operate up to 98 degrees, but that is the maximum, my GPU shouldn't be reaching near that level, especially when my brother has the same one and his operates at a much cooler level.

Processor runs decently cool regardless. Even under load it never goes over 60c.

Any suggestions?

Solution
Secure all connections from the PSU to the video card, and from the video card to the motherboard. Also, check that nothing is blocking input and output of air thus reducing the airflow. Try to run the fans at full speed and see if this helps.
