So I recently purchased a new motherboard (B350M PRO-VDH) with a ryzen 3 1200, ram is viper patriot ddr4. Whenever I have the 24 pin connector plugged into the motherboard it starts smoking and repeatedly beeping. (Very light beeps, definitely does not sound like ones that come from the speaker. The smoke and the sound appear to come from 2 small metal circles just below the PCI E 1 slot (Video card slot) and the motherboard also gets very hot very quickly there. I have tried taking the ram out and nothing changes. I have also tried taking the motherboard out and have it on its side so nothing is touching the back, still nothing changes. I don't know what else to try.
