Issue after trying to clean install AMD drivers for my graphics card.

Today i decided to attempt to fix issue were my AMD drivers would not update for my graphics card. After doing some google-ing i found this guide:- https://community.amd.com/thread/180667

So i started to follow the steps suggested. I had found the correct drivers, for my system (Not auto detect). I Saved DDU software suggested to use, deleted all previous content in C:/AMD. I disabled any anti-anythings on my system which was only the windows defender. I already had it set to prevent/delay Microsoft automatically changing/installing graphics drivers.

Now this is where my problem began, After uninstalling my AMD Software as told, i received a black screen. So i then decided to reboot after some time (maybe 20/30 minutes) . But i again had only a black screen.

So this is my question, how do i solve my issue from this point.

So far i have :
-Reset the CMOS.
-Taken the GPU out and used it in a different PC- This PC got picture from the GPU.
-Re-seated the GPU.

Other things to note:
My PC was working prior to this, just fine apart from i was unable to update my AMD drivers.
I am unable to use any video outputs on my mobo as it has none.
My mobo has been updated to support the APU.

My specs are :
AB350M bios ver 4.40
Ryzen 3 2200g AMD APU
Gloway DDR4 8GB RAM
Corsair vs550 Power supply
AMD RX 460 2GB Sapphire
500gb seagate pipeline hd 2
Windows 10 pro 64-bit

I cannot get any picture with the computer listed above.

Any suggestions or ideas would be great . Thank you in advance.

EDIT: Fixed by resetting the cmos jumper on the mobo, plum boy was correct most likely with what happened :)

Solution
Go on to the AMD forums theres alot of help with your issues I am a member on there to. If you can get into your bios only enable your videocard as primary display. A glitch between APU drivers with the ingetrated vega throws you videocard display drivers out. When loading up 10 if you card is posting pause 10 updates then diable vega updates. Run DDU in safemode wipes display drivers with a registry clean. Boot to bios with videocard enable only videocard, boot to windows login as normal with 10 updates paused download fresh of AMD the relevant drivers & manually install them. Should work, I am on the AMD forums if you need help.

I cannot even get into BIOS as its just a black screen.

Thank you for the suggestion and a soulution that looks like it would work but:I have posted in the AMD forums and i cannot even see the bios. As soon as i turn the system on im greeted by a black screen. But on the other pc i put the gpu in i was able to see everything just fine.

I could try and do everything blindly but that is risky.

Another thing- i have my old AMD CPU which i used prior. Would it be worth putting that in my system to see if it makes any difference?
