GPU-Z is showing 64 ROPs and 1630Mhz for My Vega 56 Card. Why?

I just received my Vega 56 Card that I bought off ebay. I checked GPU-Z and it's saying that the Card has 64 ROPs, 1630Mhz Core Clock, and 945 Mhz Memory Clock. I have an idea of what's probably going on, but I would like your input first. Thanks.

I figured that would be the case, but I wanted affirmation. Everything seems to run fine with the overclock, so I'm just going to keep it. Power consumption seems to top out at 222W, but I think my PSU can handle it.
