New CPU for streaming

Hi, recently decided I wanted to build a new system to stream games.

My current system is struggling to stream games such as PUBG and GTAV without extreme stream stuttering with setting qualities on low and CPU usage on OBS on veryfast 720p60fps, with my current i5 6600k.

I also have a Saphire RX480 which I can't afford to change right now (Prices are just to insane)

Currently undecided on either a i5 8600k, i7 7700k and a i7 8700
Willing to pay for what ever motherbaord

But I'm also worried about thermals since I need my new pc in a smaller, ITX Silverstone RVZ03B case, with a Noctua NH L9x65. Understand that I likely can't overclock thats why I kept the option open of a i7 8700

I could try Ryzen but I haven't heard great things with performance compared to intel ingame (I have heard they are great for streaming), and I'd rather wait another year for their new line of CPUs to come out

Any advice would help, Cheers

Ryzen 2600/2700 are only two more weeks away, so I'd wait to see how those two pan out. With 10-20% gains depending on applications, most of Intel's performance gaming lead could be gone.

In most games, the ~10% performance difference between Intel and AMD's Ryzen isn't really an issue, especially in games where FPS are still way beyond the monitor's refresh or the stream/s frame rate.

I game and stream on a R5-1600x @ 3.95 with 16gd gigs of 3000 ram and its nice n smooth, I also have a rx480.
The intel chips will make better frames, but the 7700k mite not stream as well as the 6 core chips.
I say wait for the new Ryzen chips then make a decision.
