Changing from an I5 4460 to a I7 4770k because of Hyperthreading

I don't have much money, so I can't buy DDR4 RAM and change motherboard.
I'm using a Asus h81m-plus and 16GB 1600Mhz of Ram.
Would be worth of changing from i5 4460 to a i7 4770k because of hyperthreading ?

Yep. More powerful cpu and double the threads which alleviates much cpu usage on productivity and high thread games. It's a win/win upgrade.

Just make sure you also upgrade the cpu cooler, the i7 runs considerably warmer with hyperthreading enabled than an i5 without that ability.
