File deleted but How?

Today Iam working with Android I downloaded a ABC.bin then I rename it to .mkv. Now I am not able find files I Use Uc mini to download it Now I want to know ,if my file get deleted but How?

Why would you rename a bin file to mkv. You can't convert bin file to a video just by changing it's name. If it's gone my best advice is to download it again.
