Hi guys need a good motherboard which support ddr3 ram, pcie x16 2.0 slot, lga775 socket... with 4 sata ports...

Solution
Look to this motherboard: Gigabyte GA-G41M-Combo. This should meet your CPU and RAM requirements. Otherwise, look for motherboards with the Intel G41, P41, G43, P43, G45, P45 series chipset

Personally, I agree with urbancamper in that you're throwing away good money, but if your current motherboard is failing and you need a quick replacement, then this could be a cheap solution.

The cpus that you use for that motherboard are somewhere around 11 years old. Anything and pretty much everything beyond it as faster and will compute better, game better, have better sound, better video, and surf the web way faster. Even if you can manage to put a more up to date graphics card on it, The cpu will bottleneck it to at least 40% off of what it is capable of. A better idea would be to save for a inexpensive Ryen or Intel setup.

Of course it will still work. Just very slow compared to most everything else.

Here is a little comparison for you. I used the Q9550 because it is the most powerful socket 775 cpu. Yes it has better value however...well look at the charts.
