What do I need to upgrade to run beam ng drive 60fps

I bought beam ng drive and I played it on the lowest setting on 1440x960 screen now I bought a 1080p 24" view sonic screen and barely run the game my specs are amd athlon x2 3.36ghz and radeon hd 6500 and 4gb of ram I have 250e budget to improve this what sould I do

I would upgrade everything but for beemng drive i recommend to upgrade the graphics card an the ram.
I would upgrade to 8-16 gb of ram
and a rx460
that should give you enough to play at 60 fps on low to medium settings

and the next thing to upgrade is the CPU i didn't put it in this because beemng drive is more gpu intensive than cpu
