OP, go to the Corsair web page for that PSU here

At upper left, click on up or down arrows beside the photo to find the photo that has many coiled-up cables shown beside the PSU. As I see that, the cable at upper left is one with a plug on one end for connection to the PSU, and then along it are four 4-pin Molex FEMALE connectors - that is, each has 4 holes in a straight line, just like the connector in your second photo. Now look at the back panel on the PSU where all the sockets are...

Funny, i can only see this case - good looking btw. - sold in scandinavia.

The first picture shows, by my interpretation, and RGB controller, controlling the colour of your fans, and the "color changing mode", and, perhaps, it also provides power to the fans, so without they might not run at all.

Your second picture shows the plug to connect it to your Power Supply Unit (PSU).
Example are here, it is to be conneted by the "4-pin peripheral power cable" or "molex cable":

Now look at the back panel on the PSU where all the sockets are. Upper left of that are two 6-pin units labeled "Peripheral and SATA". These two are the sockets to plug in cables carrying the Molex (aka Peripheral Device) and SATA power output connectors. Plug into one of these the cable set for Molex.

Now, the connector from the hub unit shown in your second photo I will bet is double-ended. You have shown us the female end, but I bet if you turn it around the other end is male with 4 pins. Plug this male end into one of the four female output connectors on that cable from the PSU. The double-ended connector then provides you with another female connector on its other end to "replace" the one you just "used up" when you connected the cables. This provides power to the Hub.
