After Overclock CPU Allways Stay MAX Clock Speed?

Hi, today i buy a new PSU and i decided to do some OC to my I5-6600K to 4,2GHZ 1.250v...
After OC i do some test, and everything it's fine, but I realized that the CPU is always running the max Clock Speed 4,2ghz all time, and same happening to voltage i think.

Is that normal? or i need to do something more?

My PC:
Intel Core i5-6600K
MSI z270 Gaming Pro Carbon
Cooler: Aeroocol P7-l240 RGB
Kingston HyperX Fury(2 x 4GB) DDR4-2133
MSI GeForce GTX 1060 3GB 3GB
PSU: Thermaltake Toughpower DPS G 750w RGB GOLD

You need to implement speedstep.
In windows power management set the minimum processor % to a lower number, perhaps 20%
when the cpu has little to do, the multiplier will be reduced.

You should also select adaptive voltage in the bios. It may be called something different on your motherboard.
When the multiplier is reduced, adaptive voltage will reduce the vcore accordingly.

i turn off in the BIOS the Intel Turbo, and now its not running allways 4,2ghz, but the voltage still always on 1.250v, i dont see that adaptive voltage in bios, can you help me?

Oh ok, i put expert mode in BIOS and i find that, here are many options:
Adaptive mode,
override mode,
offset mode,
adaptive + offset mode,
override + offset mode

i put to Adaptive mode thats the better choose right?,
Now its fine, i dont have more max voltage running all time.
