greetings,
i have a gigabyte sabre 15 laptop that i bought around 1 month ago with empty dos in it ( i have to install win 10 and all other driver separately), i did all the installation back at home with the home wifi, which connect and browse just fine without any problem
i, myself, work away on the field, with only my phone tethering as source of internet for my laptop
unfortunately, i cant browse anything using this tethering method, specifically on this specific carrier. i have tried moving the sim card to other device, using another number altogether, all in all, nothing works
i have flush dns, roll back driver, roll back windows, manually enter ip dns etc, all in all nothing works
the only thing that can connect me to internet is using vpn ( im currently using vpn that kaspersky comes with)
for the note, i can update and download steam games easily without problem but i can barely open google (in task manager, the speed is only 0.1mbps for some reason while windows update stuff can achieve 59+mpbs)
i have tried to connect to other isp and i can browse and download just find
im desperate to fix this, and any help of knowledge of similar problem may come in handy
