Hi,
I built a new Ryzen 3 2200G system with an Asrock B350M Pro4 motherboard. The issue i'm having is the sound. No audio jack is working. Front or back. I have installed every driver i could find for my system. When i open realtek's manager i cant anything connected despite having connected my headphones. I would really appreciate some help.

Solution

I'm not sure how to fix your problem, but here is YouTube video on what to do if "Headphones" is missing from Playback Devices. See if it helps you...

Sorry i forgot to mention this but i already have. I have to uninstall the devices reinstall drivers even made a new install of Windows but nothing has worked. I think it's a hardware issue.

Are Headphones and Speakers listed in "Control Panel > Sound > Playback" devices?

I can see a device called Speakers but that's there even if nothing is connected. When i connect my headphones nothing changes in there.

If you right click on Speakers, is the option "Show Disabled Devices" check-marked?

Yes but i can still see Speakers when i disable it.

Is "Speakers" Enabled, Set as Default Device and is not Muted?

It is already default and it is at 100% volume.

Yes

I think if there was a hardware problem with the Realtek ALC892 Audio chip, Windows would not report this device is working properly, under Device status.

I don't know if it matters but i just found out that when i listen to my headphones when they are connected to the pc i can hear a small whisper-like sound every other second or so like a heart beat. Also what can i do to fix my problem?
