Solution

If you would, download two tools and follow their instructions:
1. For monitoring, please download GSAM Battery Monitor and ensure it's started on your phone as you go about a normal day.
2. Find a decent-looking "Battery Calibrator" from the market. Follow its instructions. Something like this may do well:

I'll be frank: I doubt it's software. But, software is cheaper, so try seeing if that works first. The first tool will help you figure out if it's something in the OS...

I'll be frank: I doubt it's software. But, software is cheaper, so try seeing if that works first. The first tool will help you figure out if it's something in the OS that's run out of control causing your issues, or if it's the battery just draining rapidly.

The second will help resolve software problems where the battery and the OS are not communicating well and the OS thinks it needs to turn off the battery much sooner than the battery is actually run dry.

Please report back with your results, including if it fixed your issues. This way, it might help others searching for a solution in future, or if it did not work, we can continue assisting, but such details are important and will help us do so.

If these fail, you should probably replace the battery, ideally with an OEM-certified one.

If I turn off my phone and plug it to charge if it shows 100 and when I unplug it and turn it on it shows 89 or 95 etc.. (battery is new). The methods you give its not work.

What did Gsam indicate regarding usage? IF you go to the bottom left you can all kinds of charts. I basically want to make sure the OS isn't running your battery down rapidly.

Honestly though, it is probably a hardware issue. You should exchange or return the battery if the option is still available, and ideally try to find one that is OEM.
