I recently installed a new asus ROG z370 H mobo along with a i7 8700k. I put it all together and ran bios. Everything went amazing. I kicked it up a notch to 4.8 ghz from its normal 3.7 stock. Again everything went beautifully. I was running games at super high frame rates. Fortnite was showing around 300-400 even 500! I played Island of Nyne and was extremely happy with the results. I threw on a more demanding (take that with a grain of salt) game like Battlefield 1. Again, everything was great. I went to sleep a happy fellow.. then the fire nation attacked. But in all seriousness, I hopped on today and noticed a performance drop in almost everything from regular work station duties to browsing and of course gaming. FPS in every game fluctuates without a care in the world and opening programs has become slower.. I dont know what went wrong or why. I always read threads on this site to try to help me out and I figure its about time I make one.

Reseated RAM and GPU
