Win7 after recovery extra partition created ?

After PSU blew and replaced, I had what appeared a bios/boot error, so proceed to recover/repair from WIN7 disk, after fix and booting fine I have a new partition created of just 100mb with the following folder "TEMP" created and the following text files inside, see attached image.



What is it ? and can I remove this partition ?

Remove the drive letter from that partition so it will become hidden.
It's perfectly normal - It's a system partition.
Don't do anything with the contents of the partition

Sorry for being such a dummkopf, been a nightmare since the PSU went...
