asus m2n68 se2 motherboard with 1 g2g ram and amd semphron 2.71 ghz proccessor .will this capable of 4k resolution ddr5 graphics card

If you already know what graphics card you are going for, read the product´s requirements. Your motherboard supports PCI Express x16, so data transfer will be fine, but you have t supply power to the card. Check your power supply and the wanted graphics cards requirement for wattage and 6 or 8 pin connector.
